A recent study shows: 60 % of the energy companies consider their staff insufficiently qualified for the digital transformation and 64 % have to postpone new projects and business ideas due to a lack of (digital) skills. The energy turnaround and digital transformation pose new challenges for HRM – new concepts for leadership and change management are required.
Teams of students have dedicated themselves to this task within the module “Business Administration M.Sc. Leadership and Change Management” in the SoSe 2020 in cooperation with HR managers and experts from the energy industry.
The results of these studies and projects will be presented and discussed in a public event at the university on July 17, 2020.
