PROJECT AIM

The basic idea of the project is to provide social innovations (new forms of learning, cooperation, leadership, organisation and communication) in companies/organisations to the technological changes on an equal footing. The approach is to promote lifelong learning in a self-motivated, self-directed, communicative and informal way. The aim is for employees and organisations to adapt to the changed framework conditions. The aim is to have an impact on three levels: (a) individual level: development of resources and competencies for self-directed lifelong learning and (b) organisational level: the establishment of a transformational organisational development which takes place in close exchange between different groups of actors and which ensures the long-term competitiveness of organisations in the digital transformation as well as (c) the exchange across organisational boundaries in order to use the strengths of heterogeneous networks for lifelong learning in digitalisation.
