This year’s Young Talent Award was presented to a group of students from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences on September 12, 2019 at the Personnel Forum of the Energy Industry. As part of the “Personnel Management and Leadership” module (Prof. Kopsch/Prof. Stork), the five students from the Master’s programme in Energy Economics developed the #FindyourTeam app, an innovative, company-wide application for managers and project managers that simplifies the internal search for new team members for company-wide projects.
