On 12 and 13 September 2019, the 14th Congress for Personnel Management and Development in the Energy, Gas and Water Industries – the Energy 2019 Personnel Forum – was held on the topic of “New Work. Better Work” took place.
In an exclusive session on the first day of the conference on the topic of “HR transformation on stage” and within the framework of an HR theme lounge during the two days of the conference, the Economics Department and in particular the energy industry study courses were able to present themselves to the congress participants. The topic lounge was supervised by Prof. Kopsch, Prof. Stork and students of the energy industry.
On the second day of the conference, Vivien Häferer, a bachelor’s student in the energy industry, and Sabrina Sappik, a master’s student in the energy industry, took part in a panel discussion. Under the title “Professionals meet Students”, the students discussed with the personnel decision-makers, among other things, the question of what they expect from their future employers.
