On 31.01. the SECP Economic Forum took place for the fifth time. Also this year we could welcome many students, professors and external guests.
In the morning, we heard exciting presentations from representatives from business and politics on the topic “Smart Region – making the digital transformation in the region sustainable”. The afternoon program consisted of the presentation of projects that were worked on by student groups throughout the semester in cooperation with companies and/or municipalities. The day ended with the students in glass cases being able to examine their projects more intensively at stands they had designed themselves in a more personal exchange. At the same time, coffee and cake were available for the guests to eat. As in previous years, the event was planned, organized and carried out with the support of Professors Anke Kopsch and Werner Stork by students of the Bachelor of Business Administration at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences under the direction of Ms. Jessica Munoz Montes.
In summary, we can look back on a successful and informative event, which will again be an integral part of the h_da calendar next year. We would like to thank all participants who contributed to the success of this year’s Economic Forum.
